Mega Buds is a small-but-focused breeder born from a simple 2014 Amsterdam Cup observation: lots of strains claimed to be “big,” but very few actually delivered without losing flavour.
So founders Chris (Amsterdam/Spain coffeeshop background) and Liam (West Coast medical scene, early licence holder, serious pheno hunter) teamed up to fix that.
They built a compact line of around six feminized strains, each bred to keep terp profile, power and vigour while pushing the “mega” part as far as they could. You see that in Mega CBD (CBD-forward, balanced, aromatic) and Beast Mode Auto (fast, punchy, citrus-spice, sativa-leaning).
They started in Holland, now work from Spain, and still run a very hands-on, selection-heavy programme.
