UK delivery is FREE on all orders. All UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 24. Delivery is usually next day, but the timeframe is not guaranteed. The package is tracked, and no signature is required on delivery.
Delivery options to countries outside the UK are via Royal Mail International Tracked or Untracked, Standard Airmail.
Packages are tracked within the UK and in the destination country. A signature is not required on delivery. We guarantee orders sent via this method, with the exception of the countries listed below in the FAQ.
Please note that Royal Mail International Tracked is not available to some countries in Africa, South and Central America, the Middle East and south Asia. We send these packages via Royal Mail International Signed, which is not tracked outside the UK.

All of our shipping options come with Stealth packaging options, which mean that we re-package your seeds and conceal them inside a gift. This addition is popular with some of our customers.
Non-stealth packages are dispatched in unmarked plain white Jiffy envelopes with the full pack seeds in original breeder packaging. Single seeds or seeds that have been stealth packaged are sent in labelled, crush-proof tubes.
Usually takes around 7-10 days to EU countries and 10-14 days to the rest of the world.
Please note that delivery times will vary depending on the efficiency of the Customs and postal services in the destination country.
Customers who choose Royal Mail International Tracked will be provided with a tracking number to track the progress of the package.
We will re-send or refund any order sent using a TRACKED STEALTH delivery method if you have not received it within 8 weeks of the despatch date. Most orders will be delivered much before this limit.
This guarantee does not apply to orders shipped to Argentina, Brazil, China, Costa Rica, Egypt, Hong Kong, India, Iran, Japan, Norway, Pakistan, South Korea, South Africa, Turkey and Vietnam.
We are seeing significant delays with orders shipped to some South American countries and so we may ask these customers to wait for a longer period.
Orders are usually packaged in unmarked white Jiffy envelopes with the full-pack seeds in their original breeder packaging inside a DVD case.
Where seeds have been re-packaged they are placed into crush-proof labelled tubes inside a black bag. We ensure that you will not have to pay any extra taxes, customs duties or clearance fees on your order.
If you choose our Extra Stealth packaging option we will re-package your seeds into crush-proof tubes and package them inside a gift. Please let us know if you would like your original breeder packaging sent to you separately.
If you do not wish for your seeds to be re-packaged, please make sure to write this into the Customer's Comments box during the order process. Our guarantee does not apply to orders that are not fully re-packaged for Extra Stealth.
If you choose our Super Stealth Plus shipment method then we will repackage your seeds into the blocks of a building toy and colour code each block to the strain name. You can see more information about this here in our packaging section.
We will re-send or refund any order that has not reached you within 8 weeks from the date of despatch as long as you have chosen a TRACKED STEALTH delivery option. It is the customer's, responsibility to check their local laws before ordering.

Seed City has a great deal of international custom and accepts payments through many different mediums. Please make sure to contact your bank about any charges you may incur when transferring money abroad as Seed City cannot take responsibility for third party charges.

Orders to the UK are usually delivered in 2-3 working days. Orders to EU countries usually take 7-10 days to be delivered, and orders to the rest of the world usually take 10-14 days to be delivered.
This will depend on the efficiency of your local Customs and postal service, and the delivery timeframes stated are an estimate only.
Although we take every effort to update stock levels on our site, due to the constantly changing nature of the business we may sometimes be unable to supply you with a particular seed.
In this eventuality you will be contacted promptly by email and offered the choice of a full refund, a partial refund or any other seeds of a similar price.
The amount of time it will take to receive your refund will depend upon the payment method used. You should receive your refund within 3 days for most payment methods.
However, in some extreme cases it has been known for credit card refunds to take up to 30 days. This is unlikely but could happen. Most credit card refunds are completed within 3 days.
Seed City is contactable by telephone between 12pm and 5pm GMT every day.
We are also contactable by email at contact@seed-city.com and we aim to answer all emails regardless of the time within 12 hours. Customer service is something we take very seriously here at Seed City.
A small number of the single seeds we stock come in original packaging from the seedbank who produce the seed. Most single seeds will be sent in a crush-proof plastic tube, which is labelled with the strain name.
Seed City currently accepts payment by credit/debit card to limited countries, and bank transfer, Bitcoin and Cash by Post from all countries.
Yes, Seed City offers single seeds on a range of around 7000 of our seeds. We are always growing our collection of available single seeds.
There is a 50% chance that a seed from a regular pack will be female. When buying 4 seeds, there is therefore a 93.8% chance that one will be female. If buying a ten pack of regular seeds, there is a 50% chance that 5 of them will be female.

Your payment is only taken once the goods have been shipped to you from our warehouse. If any goods are out of stock you will therefore not be charged for these.
All seeds are sold as souvenirs and collectibles ONLY. Any customer giving us any indication that they intend to use the seeds for any other purpose will be refused the sale.
Whilst we take every effort to make sure that we have the lowest prices possible, we will price match other seed retailers if they have a lower price than we do.
If you should wish to take advantage of our Price Match Promise please email us with the link to the shop where the product is cheaper and we will do our best to match the price offered!
Please note that all customers have 14 days to inform Seed City of their intention to return the goods to us. The customer then has another 14 days in which to return the goods back to us. Seed City will accept all refunds for items sent back to us within this timeframe.
The items must be in the same state we sent them out in and the customer will be expected, in the case of returns due to customer error, to pay for the shipping back to us. Customers who do return products will be given the choice of a full refund or a full refund in store credit, whichever they prefer and this refund shall take no longer than 7 working days, (usually immediate).
All of Seed City's customers have the right to cancel their order any time up to the point where we have dispatched your order.
Cancelled orders shall be refunded either in store credit or in cash, whichever the customer prefers. Please note that as stealth orders are repackaged out of their original packaging, we cannot accept returns for orders where stealth delivery is requested.
