Creating Panama Haze

In pursuit of the finest ‘Haze x sativa’ hybrid, Panama was identified as the ideal complement to enhance the prominent Haze characteristics from the best American sativa strains. By cross-breeding our superior Purple Haze and Green Haze plants with our F10 Panama elite, we developed Panama Haze, an F1 hybrid defined by vigor, potency, and yield. This cross has notably heightened the classic Haze traits, producing lemony, spicy, and incensey aromas with increased flower density, resin output, potency, and effect duration.

Significantly, this breeding endeavor has made Haze more suitable for indoor growing environments and shortened its flowering period without resorting to indica or skunk genetics. The goal was to rejuvenate the super sativa essence of Haze by introducing ‘fresh blood’ from our finest sativas, believing Panama Haze will spearhead a revival of the Haze genre.

• We recommend: to switch her into flowering after 15 days from seed, or starting from clones rooted for at least 7 days.
• We recommend: 11 (light)/13 (darkness) photoperiod for the flowering indoors, in order to boost the flowering, and to avoid reflowerings or excessive stretching in early flowering. Very suitable for SOG crops due to its great yield in the main cola, or for SCROG, horizontal or network growing due to its excellent yield in the lateral branches and its vigorous reaction to pruning. Outdoors, it is especially suitable for outdoor cultivation in tropical or subtropical climates, although it can be cultivated with very good results in warm coastal climates of mild autumn (similar to the Mediterranean) up to latitudes close to 43º. The breeder recommends moderate levels of nutrients for the whole cycle, slightly softer with nitrogen.
