Creation Process

The Brooklyn Mango strain was developed with a goal to achieve a strong mango aroma combined with a plant structure producing hard, rock-like buds. The process began with an Ed Rosenthal Super Bud mother plant, chosen for its pineapple aroma and robust bud structure. Through various experiments, a perfect match was found with a New York City Diesel mother from Soma Seeds, notable for its unique diesel and mango scent mix. This combination yielded hard, compact buds, heavily resinous and reportedly requiring slightly more drying time due to their high resin content. Brooklyn Mango thrives in both hydroponic and aeroponic systems but is also suitable for beginners with some basic cannabis cultivation knowledge. Advanced growers can achieve exceptional yields using net systems for support.

Growth Characteristics

Brooklyn Mango is adaptable to both indoor and outdoor growth, responding well to bush-style training. Outdoor growers should note its potential for significant horizontal and vertical growth. In optimal soil conditions, yields can approach 1 kilogram per plant without compromising quality.
